The Fermenting Jar is a start-up in Marieholm outside Eslöv. Founded by a former engineer at Tetra Pak. The Fermenting Jar is producing, for now, Kombucha. Kombucha is a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks that are commonly intended as functional beverages for their supposed health benefits.
